Orders placed between Nov 1 - Dec 31 may be returned until January 31, 2026
Thank you for shopping at Olivé. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with exchanges under specific conditions.
A. Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange policy for damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
- Damaged upon arrival.
- Accompanied by proof of damage (photo evidence).
- In the original packaging.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@theolivesoap.com with the subject line "Exchange Request - Damaged Item."
- Include photographic evidence of the damaged product in your email.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange.
Upon receipt of your exchange request, we will send you confirmation of receipt along with a pre-paid shipping label for returning the damaged product to us.

Shipping for Exchange: Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided along with the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Receiving Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will promptly send you a replacement. If the original product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable substitute or discuss alternative solutions with you.
B. No Return or Refund
Please note that we do not offer a return or refund policy. All sales are final except in the case of damaged products as outlined above.
C. Non-returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
